Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC is seeking regional drivers for true Southwest lanes. Pay starts at 55 CPM with a 5.5-cent per mile bonus (up to 60.5 CPM), plus $15.50 per hour where applicable and $25 per extra stop.
Layover and detention pay also apply. Bonuses include a $500 transition bonus, a $2,500 retention bonus after 180 days, paid orientation of $150, and health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, plus a 6% 401(k) match, PTO and holiday pay.
