Senior Accountant

Cuboid is a product innovation company focused on developing functional powders for everyday wellness in the CPG space. Leveraging advanced technology, we optimize ingredients from plant and fungi kingdoms to enhance their bioavailability, taste, aroma, and water solubility. Our products cater to wellness trends and address consumer needs such as cognition, emotional balance, physical homeostasis, immune support, and relaxation. In addition to our proprietary product lines, we collaborate with partners for custom product development and private‑label ventures.

This is a full‑time hybrid or remote Senior Accountant role, based in Florham Park, NJ. The Senior Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, reconcile accounts, and support budget preparation. They will also ensure compliance with financial regulations, lead audits, analyze financial data, and collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance with relevant regulations
• Experience with financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and skilled in problem‑solving and decision‑making
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA/CPA or relevant certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting or audit practices
• Experience in the CPG or manufacturing industry is a plus
