Role
Senior Tax Associate at Wiss and Company LLP, Florham Park, NJ. Salary $121,722.
Responsibilities- Prepare complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
- Review tax returns prepared by staff for accuracy.
- Research and draft technical guidance on complex tax matters.
- Identify tax planning opportunities.
- Handle and resolve tax controversies.
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines.
- Participate in hiring, mentorship, and development of Tax Staff, including providing training.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Staff Accountant or Tax Consultant.
- Experience in consulting and preparing individual and corporate federal and state income tax returns.
