Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers. They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery.

• Manage overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery, including coordinating, coaching, and prioritizing assistance with Account Associates and reviewing and managing the overall workload.
• Leverage knowledge and expertise in client services, insurance processing and customer experience to develop, coach, and assist Account Associates and other team members.
• Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
• Ensure service standards are met, trends are identified, and process improvements are implemented.
• Function as the day-to-day customer contact focusing on trouble shooting issues and helping the client make well-informed decisions that position the client for success.
• Manage new business and renewal processes, overseeing day-to-day client changes.
• Accountable for client service delivery through high client retention, rounding of accounts, referrals and uneventful renewals.
• Ensure pre-renewal information is sent out within service standard and follow up with clients for timely response on pre-renewal information.
• Manage renewal marketing plans with Producers and Service Teams, ensuring everyone on the team is aware of the plan and it is executed. Create accurate proposals/deliverables for the Producers and Service Teams.
• Review quotes for accuracy against supporting documents and negotiate additional coverage/price with the underwriter.
• Quickly and accurately complete renewal bind processes and checklist, ensuring all aspects of the renewal are completed and documented within the file.
• Ensure that the file is accurately documented to minimize E&O exposure and to be able to quickly respond to client requests.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ employee benefits experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience.
• Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty and/or Health & Life for the state in which your agency office is located.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, conferences, and other role-related events.
• Must be comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
