Contract Position

Pay Estimated: $72.48-$77.48/Hour

Active Secret Clearance Required

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, including circuit card assemblies.

• Support high-voltage regulator design, ensuring adherence to electrical safety and design rules.

• Conduct signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis using tools like Hyper Lynx and LTSpice.

• Develop and test digital backplanes (e.g., 3U VPX) compliant with VITA/SOSA standards.

• Participate in R&D efforts, including prototyping and modeling of innovative solutions.

• Contribute to system integration and test activities, including troubleshooting and design iteration.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree).

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required at time of hire.

• Proficient in circuit card design, mixed-signal analysis, and electronic architecture design.

• Hands-on experience with test, debugging, and component selection.

• Familiarity with VITA/SOSA standards, digital backplane design, and R&D environments.

• On-site work and occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
