As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, while upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

What You Must Have
