• Client Relationship Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, building trust through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
• Proactive Tax Planning: Lead the development and execution of tax strategies, collaborating with clients and advisory teams to optimize wealth management goals.
• Review Complex Returns: Oversee federal, state, local, and international tax filings for individuals and trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Estate & Wealth Advisory: Participate in sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer planning meetings with family office team and clients.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, identifying tax‑saving opportunities and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Team/Staff Leadership: Develop, inspire and mentor junior staff through a combination of challenging engagements including client management skills.
• Technology Leadership: Leverage tools like CCH Axcess to drive efficiency and accuracy across engagements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• CPA required; MST preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 7 years of experience at a mid‑sized or large national/regional CPA firm with a focus on high/ultra‑high net worth individuals.
• Demonstrate expertise in individual, trust, estate, and fiduciary taxation.
• Possess polished written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate successfully with firm leadership.

Target Salary – Commensurate with the level of experience + discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401K.
