We are actively seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory to join our team. This candidate will be partnering with Firm leadership and our CFO Advisory Team by providing due diligence buy/sell side support to our small to middle market clients.

• Perform detailed financial and accounting analyses to support transaction advisory and diligence engagements.
• Assist with financial modeling, working capital analyses, and quality of earnings schedules.
• Support transaction teams with PowerPoint and Excel deliverables, including management presentations and data exhibits.
• Conduct market and industry research to assist in valuation and buyer/seller diligence processes.
• Coordinate with clients, external stakeholders, and other advisory professionals to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Strong analytical and accounting background; public accounting experience preferred (audit or advisory).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentation formatting.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Target Salary – Commensurate with the level of experience + discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401K.
