A career in our Financial Services Tax practice, within Corporate Tax services, offers the opportunity to advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs and provide strategic consulting on business analysis, working capital management, profit sharing for partners, pricing implications of inter‑company transactions and tax implications of deals. Our team helps clients navigate complex national and international tax environments related to capital requirements, operational tax risks, and cross‑jurisdictional investments, while focusing on tax structuring and adapting to a continuously changing tax world.

Minimum Years Experience – 2 years
Minimum Degree – Bachelor Degree
Required Field(s) of Study – Accounting
Additional Educational Requirements – All CPA licensure requirements per state regulations must be met.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or proven record of success in tax issues affecting the domestic or international banking industry.
- Proficient in FAS 109, FIN 48 and other banking industry tax matters; participates actively in client discussions, manages engagements, and balances project economics.
- Research business and industry trends to develop a point of view to support proposals and cross‑line service opportunities.
- Experiments with automation and digitization, building models and leveraging data visualization tools.
- Exposure to pricing, client value and negotiation processes, including reviewing contracts and identifying new pricing options.
$77,000 – $214,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
