Our 35-bed facility provides specialized nursing care, mental health and emotional support, physical and occupational therapies, vocational and education programs, dietary assistance, transportation, recreation trips, parties and so much more!

• Receive assignments from Charge Nurse and Charge Nurse Aide.
• Prioritize assignments according to resident medical, work and school needs.
• Assist residents with all ADLs including bathing, dressing, and other adaptive devices, feeding, toileting and positioning.
• Report any notable or serious changes to the Charge Nurse or Clinical Coordinator immediately.
• Assist with setup in the main dining room for meals and feed those residents unable to eat independently.
• Assist and/or dress residents including clothing, accessories and makeup.

• High School diploma or equivalency
• New Jersey State Certified Nurse Aide license
• Experience in working with disabled and/or in long term care facility
