Responsible for completing pre-billing activities and reconciliation of charts for multiple levels of service. Collaborates with other teams to identify areas of
improvement and implement process changes.
- Responsible for daily reconciliation of trip reports in various platforms.
- Daily advancing of charts/ trip sheets.
- Work daily TEAMS reports. Missing list, GY report, signature report, etc
- Maintain open communication with billing agency.
- Actively participate in weekly TEAMS call and answer patient calls.
- Create invoices for AHS facilities.
- Work with dispatch for various billing issues.
- Establish and maintain a working relationship with co-workers and other operational
departments. - Maintain open communication with the supervisor and manager.
- Maintain knowledge of all information systems CAD, EPIC , EMS Charts.
