Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a Corporate Attorney with Intellectual Property experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Corporate formation and structuring

• Secured stock and asset transactions

• Secured financing transactions

• General corporate transactional work

• Contract drafting and review

• Experience with intellectual property issues is a plus, including the licensing and prosecution of intellectual property and intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr.

The annualized salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
