LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Brookdale is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality, compassionate care to our residents. The role is available in full‑time and part‑time shifts.
Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
- Maintain LPN or LVN license per state regulations.
- LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
