Advanced Practice Nurse; APN- Behavioral Health & Medication Management

Cairn Psychotherapy Group is growing and seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our collaborative outpatient mental health practice.

The Advanced Practice Nurse will provide medication-management services within Cairn Psychotherapy Group’s collaborative outpatient mental health practice.

The APN will work alongside Cairn’s clinical team to support clients whose individualized treatment may include medication management as part of their overall mental health care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating clients for medication-management services
• Prescribing, monitoring, and managing medications when clinically appropriate
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contributing to a collaborative, client-centered practice culture

• Active New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
• Current prescribing authority in New Jersey, as applicable to the role
• Appropriate education and advanced-practice nursing credentials
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, clinicians, and other healthcare providers

• Experience providing medication management in an outpatient behavioral health or mental health setting

, with telehealth services available across multiple states. Bilingual services are available in Spanish and Mandarin.
