As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET, React, and SQL. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create user-friendly and efficient solutions.
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, React, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
BONUS: COBOL – this team is working with a lot of mainframe technologies; candidates with cobol experience will be prioritized

Project will consist of a legacy mainframe modernization project being transitioned to .NET Core, with a React-based web application. In addition, the team is building scalable APIs for financial aggregators like Intuit and Morningstar to access retirement data. Sanjay highlighted the importance of a curious and analytical mindset, given the project’s focus on scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. Most infrastructure remains on-premises, though the AI/ML team operates in the cloud.
A broader cloud migration may be considered, depending on economic conditions.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florham Park, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $76.66 – $76.66/hr.
