Early Childhood Teacher – ABA Therapy Solutions, LLC

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with experience in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) to join our educational team. The role focuses on supporting students with Autism and related needs.

• Bachelor of Science (B.S) in early childhood education (required)
• Demonstrated experience working with students receiving Exceptional Student Education (ESE) services (required)
• Strong instructional, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Plan and implement instructional programs tailored to the developmental, academic, and behavioral needs of students with Autism.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to support student learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with ESE staff, related service providers, and administration to develop and implement individualized supports.
• Maintain a structured, nurturing, and predictable classroom environment.
• Collect data, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies.
• Use technologies in the teaching/learning process to support and enhance instruction and learning.
• Prepare required written formal and informal reports on student progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary team members.
