Candidate Profile:

• Experience:7+ years in Service Now development, with at least 2 years specializing inGRC/IRM
• Modules Expertise:GRC/IRM Suite (deep experience)
• Integrations:REST APIs, Integration Hub, data import sets
• Security Understanding:Strong grasp of ACLs and role-based access controls in GRC
• Certifications (Nice to Have):CSA, CIS–GRC, CIS–Risk
• Soft Skills:Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder communication

We are seeking aService Now Sec Ops Developerto lead the implementation and support of keySecurity Operations modules, includingSecurity Incident Response (SIR)andVulnerability Response (VR). The role will also focus on integration with external security tools and automation of threat response workflows.

• Customize and supportSec Ops modules: SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence
• Integrate with external tools such as SIEMs, email security gateways, and vulnerability scanners
• Design orchestration workflows for automated threat response
• Develop scripts, business rules, and notifications
• Configure dashboards for visibility into threat and vulnerability data
• Maintain and secureMID Serversfor on-prem communication
• Collaborate with security analysts to refine detection and response workflows
• Ensure adherence to internal security policies and compliance standards

• Experience:Minimum 3+ years in Service Now, with 1–2 years specifically in Sec Ops
• Tools:
  
  Experience with Splunk, QRadar, Qualys, Tenable
• Integration Knowledge:REST APIs, MID Server, Orchestration, Power Shell scripting
• Certifications (Preferred):CSA, CIS–Sec Ops, Security+, GCIH
• Soft Skills:Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork with security teams
