• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Carrier's global cloud platforms, enabling secure, scalable, and cost-efficient digital infrastructure services across the enterprise.
• Accelerate application delivery and business innovation through reusable platform services, infrastructure automation, self-service capabilities, and modern cloud engineering practices.
• Establish cloud platforms as enterprise products that improve developer experience, strengthen governance, and create a consistent operating model across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

• Lead the global Cloud Platform organization responsible for AWS, Azure, and GCP platform engineering, cloud governance, identity, networking, automation, and self-service infrastructure capabilities.
• Define and execute the enterprise cloud platform strategy, driving standardization, security, reliability, operational excellence, cost optimization (Fin Ops), and developer velocity through automation and platform engineering practices.
• Manage and develop a global team of cloud engineers, architects, and Fin Ops professionals while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, Cloud Operations, Application Teams, and external service providers to deliver business outcomes.

• High School Diploma/ GED
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, Dev Ops, or enterprise technology leadership, including experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Cloud architect certification (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Architect, and/or GCP Professional Cloud Architect).

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Deep expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), Infrastructure as Code, cloud security and governance, automation, CI/CD, Fin Ops, and platform engineering operating models.
• Experience leading platform transformations, cloud migrations, and enterprise-scale cloud governance programs.
• Strong executive communication, vendor management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $ - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
