Medical-Surgical Nurse

We seek a dedicated Medical-Surgical Nurse to join, providing exceptional patient care before and after surgical procedures. The role involves monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining patient records to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Objective:

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
• Educate patients and families on surgical and post-surgery care.
• Adjust and monitor specialized medical equipment.
• Record measurements and report adverse reactions.
• Monitor vitals and collaborate on discharge planning.
• Maintain and update medical records.
• Follow best nursing practices and protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Medical-Surgical Nurse
• NCLEX-RN certification
• BSN or ADN from an accredited universityand current state licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in medical-surgical nursing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant training and certifications in medical-surgical nursing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to continued professional development and staying updated with the latest medical-surgical nursing practices
