Account Manager InEvent is looking for experienced Account Managers who focus on long-term relationships with our customers while providing innovative solutions on how they can develop their events. Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio, including regular customer reviews and product demonstrations to showcase new beneficial features tailored to each client.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge of all our products and new releases.
  • Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to achieve upsell and ACV goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and beneficial touchpoints.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to address client needs efficiently.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to understand and fulfill client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all decision-making levels.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain and manage pipelines in CRM systems (Hub Spot or Pipedrive experience is a plus).
Pre-requisites
  • Experience in the Events Industry.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid experience in a B2B sales/account management role with renewals and upselling, with key clients being SMEs and Enterprise.
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills to respond efficiently to client needs.
  • Experience with upselling and maximizing account revenue.
  • Advanced communication skills to engage with clients at all decision-making levels.
  • Consultative selling and account management approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM pipelines (Hub Spot or Pipedrive experience is a plus).

Contract

This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
