Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Work ScheduleMonday-Friday: 7:30 a.m.
- 5 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m.
- 4 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m.
- 4 p.m.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in a nursery or horticulture.
- Proficiency with a register, counting money, and using computer software (WORD, Google Docs).
- Positive personality, hard worker, self‑starter, team player.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Horticulture degree or strong knowledge of plants, palms, mulch, and related materials.
- Take care of plants and palms.
- Assist with watering plants at the nursery.
- Maintain and cut back plants.
- Use knowledge of sod, plants, palms, mulch, and materials we sell.
- Organize the office (answer calls, assist customers with plants, rocks, pottery; take deliveries; manage orders; keep the office clean).
- Help co‑workers with different nursery tasks.
- Post on social media.
- Miscellaneous duties.
