Associate Photographers form a versatile team responsible for media collection for  and  Equipped with a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital cameras, and an iPad, they create virtual tours, floor plans and photographs for residential homes.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase homes and apartments, using advanced photography techniques.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Professionally communicate with clients, sales associates, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives and tasks.
• Scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro‑3 cameras, capturing virtual tours and floor plans.
• While not on a residential property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability and commercial properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements required to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting and carrying necessary to perform job functions.
• Ability to work and drive outdoors during all seasons.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Real‑Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer‑service experience with a client‑first mindset.
• Experienced Drone Photographer with FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications and Apple iOS products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of a driving record check prior to start.
• Driving history that reflects responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
