• 1:1 Nursing in the patient's home
• Responsible for care of a 21-year-old patient with a gastrostomy, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, and seizure activity
• Pet cats in the home
• Flexible scheduling - full-time, part-time, or per diem available
• Patient-specific training provided
• Additional cases and shifts available in surrounding areas

• Saturday & Sunday (per diem)
• Tuesday 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Wednesday 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Friday 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM

• New York State nursing license required
• Computer literate
• Completion of onboarding prior to training
• Completion of nursing notes within 24 hours of shift completion
• Professional malpractice insurance

• $45 per hour
