The Brand Image Manager oversees visual presentation and creative execution across wholesale locations in South Florida. This role translates global creative direction into market-specific installations and store experiences while maintaining Ralph Lauren brand standards.
Responsibilities- Manage interior and window installations, seasonal changeovers, props, and creative elements.
- Develop location-specific design specifications and maintain store presentations through merchandising and regular walkthroughs.
- Source vendors and creative materials, manage installation budgets, and plan work in alignment with the creative calendar.
- Manage and train coordinators, recruit freelance staff as needed, and partner with Brand Image, Retail Development, and other stakeholders.
- Travel to multiple locations and support projects beyond the territory or standard maintenance cycles.
- Experience in visual presentation and apparel styling, preferably in luxury retail or wholesale.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and team leadership skills.
