AP Specialist

We are excited to announce that due to growth, we are looking for an experienced enterprise-level AP Manager for our Sarasota, FL team.

The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.

• Manage the accounts payable team on-site and offshore, providing guidance on daily tasks
• Review and approve invoices for payment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounts payable processes

• Multi-site experience of 3+ years with a volume of 4000k invoices+ per month
• Intacct experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
• Experience in accounts receivable, corporate accounting, and general ledger reconciliation is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
