• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and assist with strategic tax planning for clients.
• Work directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and build strong relationships.
• Help guide and mentor staff accountants; support training and development initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and assist in shaping workflows for the growing Sarasota office.
• Support Tax Manager and firm leadership with special projects and advisory work as needed.

• CPA or EA preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered.
• 3-6+ years of tax preparation and review experience in public accounting.
• Strong understanding of individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting directly with clients.
