Accounts Receivable Manager

Here's the exciting part - we believe your hard work should be rewarded! This Accounts Receivable Manager role offers $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a full benefits package that includes:

This position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so you'll have your evenings and weekends free.

As our Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll spend your days managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and keeping our cash flow as strong as our pipework. You'll stay sharp using Quick Books Online, Service Titan, and AiA billing, ensuring every invoice is accurate and every detail is spot‑on. You'll work closely with both our office and field teams, acting as a vital connection between services completed and payments received.

• Experience with Service Titan and Quick Books Online
• AiA billing and service plumbing industry experience is a plus!
