Ledgent is hiring immediately! Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong collections

Hybrid options $50,000-$60,000 yearly
Position OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Specialist will handle day‑to‑day billing activities, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate account records. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, confident in communicating with customers, and able to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Manage collections and follow up on past‑due invoices
- Prepare and send accurate invoices
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain updated customer account information
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve account or payment issues
- Present account updates during weekly meetings with leadership
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experience
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems preferred
