Seasoned IT Consultants with Industry Expertise Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic individual for an entry-level position as an administrative assistant to join our team and support our Houston office remotely.

The successful applicant will primarily be managing and distributing information within the company. The scope of work will include answering phone calls, taking memos, and maintaining and organizing company electronic files on SharePoint.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.

Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
• Data Entry
• Supporting core executives in their day-to-day administrative needs, including preparing for meetings, preparing the agenda, organizing follow-ups, and related tasks, managing travel, and submitting expense reports to the company accountant when requests are made.
• Supporting Operations & Development staff with administrative needs
• Keeping organizational records and maintaining a digital filing system
• Participating in special company projects as assigned
