- Understand and comply with all Chrysalis Health policies and procedures.
- Utilize HRIS system for payroll and evaluations.
- Carry out special assignments as directed, including during emergencies.
- High school diploma or GED; at least one year of experience required.
- Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer literate; proficient with internet, online applications, and email.
- Clear criminal background check and valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of insurance.
- Safe driving record with no more than six points on motor vehicle report.
