Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Communicate professional telephone etiquette at all times.
  • Manage multiple tasks and a busy office environment independently.
  • Handle electronic and handwritten mail, memoranda, and other correspondence promptly.
  • Understand and comply with all Chrysalis Health policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HRIS system for payroll and evaluations.
  • Carry out special assignments as directed, including during emergencies.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; at least one year of experience required.
  • Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate; proficient with internet, online applications, and email.
  • Clear criminal background check and valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of insurance.
  • Safe driving record with no more than six points on motor vehicle report.
