What a Typical Day Looks LikeAs a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist
, you will greet clients, answer phones, match them with the appropriate tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure their needs are met whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. You will also maintain office cleanliness and support team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible to work varying schedules and multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Strong customer‑service background
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role
