duties and responsibilities

this advertisement is for temporary other personal services (ops) opportunities to be filled within the agency. This position provides operational and clerical support. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the following duties: inputting, correcting, researching, reviewing, and putting information. Converting imaged documents to electronic format through scanning technology. Researching and responding to title document requests using both manual and automated methods.

Daily filing of office documentation. Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Preparing correspondence using microsoft outlook and word. Maintaining spreadsheets using microsoft excel. Reviewing information to determine compliance with laws and rules.

knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
  • knowledge of microsoft office (including word, excel and outlook).
  • skill in providing customer service to internal and external customers.
  • ability to organize and maintain filing systems.
  • ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, multi-line telephone, scanner, printer, xerox machine, and facsimile.
  • skill communicating effectively verbally.
  • ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

  • candidates for this position must be 16 years of age or older.
