Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Relations Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office and assist with customer relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews and appointments
  • Process and file paperwork
  • Provide support to the recruitment team as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate information
  • Assist with data entry and reporting tasks
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
