Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant
Location: Holiday
We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and friendly professional team member to help surpass our visitor, guest and holiday home owner expectations
What You’ll Do:
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office organization and administrative systems
Support team members with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Support front of house and receptionist duties 2 days per week
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, approachable, and positive attitude
Prior office administration or receptionist experience is a plus
