Data Entry Clerk

CDR Emergency Management, inc, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support a temporary Debris Clean Up project in Navarre Beach, Florida. This position is responsible for accurately entering and verifying project data, maintaining organized records, and submitting daily reports to support project operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm, with overtime as needed

Employment Type: Temporary, for the duration of the project.

• Review and enter data in a rapid and accurate manner.
• Submit daily reports.
• Assist with audits, fact checking, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Perform data entry functions and input information into the database system.
• Perform data entry checks for existing entries, verifies information from source documents.
• Track incoming and outgoing files using various computerized systems.

• High school diploma.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft suite, to include Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to deal with high pressure.
• Flexible schedule to include late afternoons, evening hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
