• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage business or designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to balance efficiency, quality, and consistency in systems
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional work teams and leaders

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and make business process improvement recommendations
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
