What You’ll Do

  • Representing the Alliance at local, national, and international events that position Greater Fort Lauderdale as a premier business destination.
Who You Are

You’re a natural relationship builder — equally comfortable in boardrooms, trade shows, and community meetings.

You bring:

  • 4–7 years of experience in business or economic development.
  • Strong understanding of factors that drive business decisions of economic development principles, incentive programs, and site selection processes.
  • Experience engaging corporate executives, investors, and public officials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit with a “can-do” attitude.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related experience is preferred.
Why Join Us

This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a measurable impact on the economic vitality of one of the nation’s most dynamic regions. You’ll work with a passionate, mission-driven team that values innovation, collaboration, and community partnerships.
