8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Occasional weekends and shift coverage

The Front Desk Security Supervisor is the calm, confident, and friendly face of the community—and occasionally the problem-solver, traffic director, and keeper of all things organized. This role oversees the day-to-day front desk and security operations, ensuring the community remains safe, welcoming, and running smoothly.

• answering and transferring all incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism
• providing information, directions, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
• the supervisor works in accordance with established policies and procedures and follows guidance from the Director of Administrative Services—because teamwork makes everything work better
• assists with staff recruitment, training, supervision, scheduling, payroll, and the overall safety needs of the community
• keeps the front desk functioning, the security team supported, and everyone feeling safe—without losing a sense of humor along the way

• Must have the ability to read, write and speak English
• Position requires a valid Florida Driver License and will have a MVR check
• Prefer supervisor, security and transportation background
• Must have high proficiency using various computer applications
• Will be assigned to transport residents and staff on the community grounds
