SK- French Speaking Nanny - Cape Cod, MA

Overview

A warm and inviting family in Cape Cod, MA, is seeking a French-speaking live-in nanny/family assistant to help care for their 7-month-old daughter. The position will begin in mid-February 2026. The general schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed. The ideal candidate is experienced, trustworthy, has a level of sophisticated, adaptable, with a calm, warm presence, and the ability to integrate smoothly into their family life.

The family will be relocating, possibly to the Hudson River Valley area. The ideal candidate is open and flexible to making that move with the family. They are open to relocating the right candidate.

• Overall care of their daughter
• Speaking and teaching French to their daughter, excited to use the language and incorporate it into her life
• Family Assistant Duties such as: managing baby's laundry, running errands when needed, grocery shopping and light meal prep, tidying and organizing baby's areas/toys/room, pitching in where needed
• Open to traveling with the family
• Plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
• Maintain and help coordinate the baby's routine and day-to-day schedule

• Emotionally mature, high EQ
• Calm, centered, but able to be energetic and playful with their daughter
• Clear communicator, always ask questions if you have them
• Can prioritize tasks, can multitask, and does not get overwhelmed easily
• Childcare and child development experience

• Infant and toddler experience
• MUST be scent‑free - no fragrances, scented lotions, scented laundry detergent, perfumes, etc.
• Health and eco-conscious
• Native French speaker, or very fluent with a good accent
• Valid Driver's license and clear driving record
• Detail oriented
• Travel‑ready and up for a relocation out of Cape Cod
• Valid Passport
• Legal to work in the US

Hourly rate is based on experience, and the range begins at $40+/hr
