- Experience with infants
- Reliable and nurturing with good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Passion for helping others
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Background checks / verification as applicable
- Participate in community events and meet other Wyndy sitters
- Access to emergency contacts during a job
- Opportunities to care for pets if you like animals
