$19.00/hour– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

$1000 Sign on Bonus * $500 after 3 Months / * $500 after 6 Months

• Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried)

As a Night Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around‑time supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education or one‑year experience working with youth in organized group activities.
