We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with strong concrete and masonry expertise to join our growing team. This individual will lead our estimating department, overseeing a small team of estimators while preparing competitive and accurate bids for a variety of projects. Our work includes high‑end custom homes, commercial developments, and production housing throughout Florida.

• $115-130k Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 direct reports in all aspects of estimating.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete and masonry scopes as well as overall project pricing.
• Review drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate takeoffs and bid packages.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to develop winning proposals.
• Manage a pipeline of 30+ active bids and ensure deadlines are met.
• Source subcontractor and supplier pricing and negotiate best value options.
• Participate in client presentations and value engineering discussions when needed.

• 7+ years of estimating experience with a strong background in concrete and masonry.
• Proven leadership experience managing an estimating team.
• Project experience in the $500K–$12M range, with preference for larger‑scale vertical construction.
• Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
