The Construction Services Manager serves as the liaison between the client and contractors. This individual will act as an on-site representative to represent the owner’s interests, ensuring contractor adherence to quality standards and schedules. The role involves daily interaction with contractors and owners’ representatives.

• Read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and contractors are on task.
• Serve as a liaison between the client and contractors.
• Represent the owner’s interests on-site for a large A/E firm.
• Ensure contractors adhere to quality standards and schedules.
• Interact daily with contractors and owners’ representatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction administration experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Plan Grid a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; position requires driving to jobsites around Central Texas.
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects, and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
• Strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations, and contractors.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self‑starter who can prioritize tasks independently.
