Location: Tallahassee
Overview
We are a $500M/yr WWTP, site development and public works general contractor seeking an experienced WWTP Project Manager to work in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on self-performing WWTP construction projects.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $110K-$160K DOE

- 7-10 years experience in WWTP construction
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing projects in the $5M-$40M range from beginning to end
- Experience managing self-perform forces in Heavy Highway construction
- Complete execution of various projects from beginning to end
- Manage a team of Superintendents, Project Engineers, and associated field managers
- Oversee subcontractors and manage subordinates
- Pre‑construction, Project Set‑up, Cost Control, Scheduling, Oversight, and Profit & Loss management
