Project Supervisor, Demolition

Overview

Cross Environmental Services Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Project Supervisor with specialized expertise in demolition. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of project management within the demolition and hazardous materials sectors.

• The Project Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, budgeting, and coordinating demolition activities while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Responsibilities include overseeing selective and full-scale demolition projects, managing the procurement and delivery of materials, and ensuring that all work meets project specifications and timelines.
• The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure that project goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in project scheduling and job cost management is essential to drive projects to completion within budget and on time.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in demolition
• Proficiency in industry-standard project management software, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information succinctly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices pertaining to demolition and hazardous materials
• Ability to effectively lead a diverse team and coordinate cross-functional efforts
• Certification or training in demolition and hazardous material management is preferred
