Roofing Project Manager​/Estimator

Previous experience as a Roofing Project Manager / Estimator is required. Applicants must have hands-on experience estimating roofing jobs, scheduling crews, ordering materials, and managing projects through completion. This is not an entry-level position.

Truvorne is looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager / Estimator to manage roofing projects from the initial estimate through completion. This position is responsible for estimating jobs, scheduling crews, ordering materials, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Familiarity with Roofr CRM is required. You will use Roofr to prepare estimates and proposals, maintain job information, and track projects through completion. We need someone who understands roofing, stays organized while managing multiple jobs, and follows through.

This is a hands-on position that involves office work and job-site visits. You must be comfortable getting on roofs and communicating directly with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.

• Inspect roofs, take measurements, and determine the scope of work for replacements and repairs.
• Prepare accurate estimates that account for materials, labor, equipment, and other project costs.
• Review measurements, photos, plans, and job details to ensure estimates and material orders are complete.
• Maintain estimates, proposals, job information, and project updates in Roofr CRM.
• Schedule roofing crews and coordinate start dates with customers and subcontractors.
• Order materials, verify quantities and specifications, and coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure crews have the materials and job information needed before work begins.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation with office staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for weather, material delays, or other changes.
• Visit job sites to check workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and progress.
• Resolve project issues and keep customers, crews, and office staff informed.
• Document additional work and obtain approval for change orders before work begins.
• Track job costs, review invoices, and help maintain project profitability.
• Complete final walkthroughs and coordinate punch-list items, cleanup, and project closeout.

• Previous experience in roofing estimating, roofing project management.
• Familiarity with Roofr CRM, including estimates, proposals, job records, and project tracking.
• Working knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, materials, and repair practices.
• Ability to prepare accurate estimates and material takeoffs.
• Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple active projects.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read measurements, plans, and scopes of work.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and other company software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout our service area.
• Ability to safely climb ladders, access roofs, and perform site inspections.
• Experience with shingle, metal, tile, and low-slope roofing is required.
