Tradeco is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator / Foreman who can perform accurate grading and lead a crew on civil construction projects.
Responsibilities- Operate a motor grader for rough and finish grading, roadwork, and site preparation.
- Read plans and work from grade stakes, elevations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily crew activities, equipment, and production goals.
- Work with superintendents to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Previous experience as a foreman or lead operator.
- Ability to maintain proper slopes, drainage, and elevations.
- Experience with Trimble or Topcon GPS grade-control systems preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
