We are Two-Brain Business, the largest mentorship company for independent gym owners.
Job OverviewWe are hiring a creative partner with camera skills to film short‑form and long‑form content each week.
Responsibilities- Research and study our audience to develop weekly concepts.
- Film videos at our office in Jupiter/Tequesta or a local gym once a week.
- Direct the shoot: run the room, operate the camera, evaluate hooks, and collaborate to create engaging content.
- Strong editorial taste; understand what makes B2B video work and can make business advice entertaining.
- Knowledge of fitness terminology (ROM, RPE, RFT, AMRAP, EMOM) and experience helping creators in the fitness niche grow.
- Must reside in the Jupiter/Tequesta area.
- Ability to work independently and think critically.
$50–$100 per hour, paid for research, shooting, and overall project contribution.
