Advanced Tap Dance Instructor

Are you an experienced, enthusiastic dance instructor with a heart for teaching children? Sun Country Sports Center is looking for YOU to bring energy, creativity, and expertise to our vibrant dance program at our West location near Tioga!

ADVANCED TAP DANCE TEACHER– Seeking an experienced and passionate Intermediate & Advanced Tap Dance Instructor with formal training and a strong background in teaching the highest levels of tap. The ideal candidate will have the ability to continue guiding students through advanced technique, rudiments, and progressions, helping them elevate their skills while incorporating fun, challenging steps, combinations, and routines that inspire and engage dancers at these levels.

• Professional teaching experience
• Thorough training and knowledge of dance technique
• Positive energy, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to teach multiple styles, ages, and levels

This is a year-round position, with preference for candidates who can commit for at least two years. A teaching demonstration will be required as part of the interview process.

Normal working conditions absent extreme factors. Dance studios are located inside our multi-sport facility, and is a fast-pace, dynamic work environment. Sun Country is open 7 days per week, excluding major holidays. Dance classes are held Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat.
