Position Summary
Client Coordinators serve as front office liaison. They greet clients, maintain a welcoming environment, escort clients and their animals to exam rooms, assist with vehicles, and keep the reception area clean. They maintain coffee availability and clean exam rooms between clients.
Responsibilities- Greet clients and make them feel welcomed; maintain friendly demeanor.
- Escort clients and pet to clean exam rooms; confirm room cleanliness and odor removal.
- Accurately weigh animals on proper scale.
- Offer water to clients or patients.
- Assist clients in getting into cars if necessary.
- Keep reception area tidy by dusting, picking up trash, and organizing work area.
- Clean exam rooms between clients and restock as needed.
- Keep coffee stocked for clients.
- Communicate closely with assistants/technicians and inform them when next exam room is ready.
- Track appointment timing and maintain awareness of workflow throughout the day.
- Assist CSR as needed.
- Build positive professional relationships with clients and staff.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Experience in a medical facility desired.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Prioritize work and handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Respond proactively to requests.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
The role requires talking and hearing, regular use of computers for long periods, speaking close vision, walking/staying for long periods, bending, reaching, grasping, repetitive motions, exposure to disinfectants, pet dander, excretions, moderate noise, ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs with assistance, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
